What is the best Shiraz, Merlot, or Cabernet Sauvignon under a tenner, and where do you purchase your wine from?
Also, what does Rioja taste like?
Thanks for your time

I have this old bottle of 190proof grain Alcohol. I have heard that 190proof grain alcohol is basically ethanol. If someone were to try and take a shot of it, could it possibly kill them?

If it wouldn't kill them, could it literally burn there mouth/throat?

Granted this question has been asked and answered a couple times but the answers seem to be all over the board. I don't know wines very well. I know I like Reisling a lot and shy away from dry, bitter wines! So far these are what seem to be the most prevalent answers to accompany lasagna: Chianti, Cabarnet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinor Noir, Pinot Grigio. Please help...I really want to impress my guest...yet enjoy what i'm drinking!

I went to a resort, and had a few of these there. I asked what they called it and they said it was a Rasberry Rumbler. I'm sure they have different names for it out there, but I would love to know the most used common name...and I'm not very accurate to what they put in it, but I'll do my best.

In a tall glass he added ice cubes, and then poured vodka, next it was rose grenadine, sweet and sour (though not too sure), some kind of red rasberry liquor, and then sprite or soda water.

It was very pretty with the red on the bottom and clear atop and it was VERY DELICIOUS. cost about $7 a glass and $10.95 for a double shot vodka.

OK, I have a very good friend in Iraq right now. Very Irish, and a huge fan of Guinness. St. Patrick's Day is like a religious holiday for him. A group of us want to send him a care package for St. Patty's. We can't send him a pint of anything, but thought it would be fun to send him beer related items. Other than Beer Nuts, what would you suggest?

My humidor keeps dropping well below the 70-80% range that it is suggested to be kept at. I constantly have to re-moisture the inside of it as the instructions tell me to, but I'm wondering if it is normal to have to do it at such a constant rate (every 3 or 4 days).

How many beers does 1 shot of regular vodka equal? Also if someone has a link to a site that shows conversions, that'd be helpful. 10 points for best answer

What's the difference between a lager, a stout, a porter, an ale, a meade, a pilsner, and a bock? What the heck do all these crazy things mean? I know it's all beer. But what the difference? The ingredients? How it's made? The thickness or color?

It's nuts, really.
