A really good drink that knocks you on your butt if you have too much is liquid cocaine.

Orange juice
Pineapple juice
Amaretto liquor
Captain Morgan

Mix equal parts orange and pineapple juices in a glass so the glass is half full. Add half a shot of amaretto and a a shot or two of captain morgan. Enjoy!!

My new favorite drink is Bahama Mama:

1/2 c Orange Juice
1/2 c Pineapple Juice
2 shots Vodka
1 shot Malibu Rum
1/2 oz Grenadine for color
add some cherries, pineapple chunks or even orange slice for garnish.

I like to use a shaker to get it nice and cold and frothy.

If you are allergic to sulfites, you should avoid most wines, which use sulfite as a preservative. There are a few sulfite-free wines out there, but they're not easy to find.
My own preference in hard liquor is Kentucky Bourbon. I don't know if whiskeys have sulfites.

Sulfites are found in wine and Champagne and similar concoctions made with grapes.

I would buy a mid-range bottle of vodka because you can do so much with it, basically any kind of fruit juice or soda you like. If you buyer a higher quality you can also make a vodka martini, one of my favorites. Don't forget the olives.

vodka mixes with a lot of things, and you can drink it straight too. Smirnoff is really cheap and some drinks only require one or two extra ingredients (example: A "Screwdriver" is just vodka and orange juice)

But sorry, I'm not sure if vodka contains sulfites

Buy a nice Caribean rum, ask the person at the liquor store, they should guide you through it.

take 1.5 oz of rum
few leafs of mint(need to crush)
Blue curacao, 0.5 oz
Soda
Sugar caine

mix all the ingredients. put the mint leafs at bottom, pour the rum, then the soda. Mix everything with a packet of brown sugar. Shake it serve on glass with ice and then pour the curacao on top....garnish with a sugar cane stick

Yes no wines for you, Wines contain sulfites.

For a first time drinker, coconut rum would be good.

In a tall glass mix almost half with coconut rum, the other half Orange Juice, with a splash of cranberry juice.

With enough Orange Juice, vodka is easily drinkable.

I really like Jagermeister and Red-Bull, but some people really hate it.

One of my favorites is a white russian. Vodka, Kahlua, Milk. Yum, yum, yum! If you always have those on hand, you can do bunches with them - vodka is always a great mixer with juices. Kahlua can be good in coffee, or over ice cream. I've even seen recipes incorporating the liqueur.

Go with something like Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. You can add it with coke, with juice, or even drink it straight.
