Tricky Dicky obviously goes to more dubious bars. A regular pint in the West End is around £2-50 to £3. Bottled beers are around the same unless you go for really exotic stuff. Bud and Sol are comon, never seen Asahi outside a supermarket or restaurant.

Well, that depends on where in London, and where you are drinking. In a posh hotel, a pint of Budweiser can cost as much as £6.50- however, in your typical pub, the price would be £2.20 or something- Crate of 24 bottles is often £12.99... Asahi, for some reason tends to be cheaper than the mainstream largers such as Budweiser and Stella.

Ok beers like bud, sol, corona...in central london in the bars you're looking around £3 a bottle. In Clubs its more, so around £3.50+
Outside central london, it gets cheaper down to about £2.50 ish.
However many of the larger chains of pubs go down to the early £2.20's for pints of Carlsberg.
But like others have said, prices vary a hell of a lot depending on Venue and Location.
Also plenty of bars have happy hours where theres loads of 2-4-1 offers on beers like becks.

In Edinburgh it is around £3 to £4 for a Bud in a bar, so I wouldn't expect change of a fiver in London!

Lots of money if you want to drink rubbish like that. Why don't you drink proper beer? It's better and cheaper.
