can I add more wort to my ferment to raise the alchol content I only used 3 lbs extraxct and .75 lbs carmel grain and .75lbs oatmeal in a 2 gal batch which gives me around 4% Im looking for 8-9% if I add 2.5lbs extract to 1/2 gal water can I add this to what Ive already ferminted or will this not work. Also does the yeast die if there is no sugar to eat because it may be close to that point? Help save my beer thanks

Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a blend of up the 13 different wine grapes. Many labelled varietal wines actually have uncredited grape varietals in them.
Shiraz - Kangarilla Road McLaren Vale 03/04 also has Viognier in it.

We just got it in our shop. It's a modestly priced french wine. After liking it in a blind tasting, many customers have refused to buy it upon seeing it in the container. They liked the wine, it was in their price range but once they saw it, forget it.

Home brew books and stores recommend using chlorine or idodine to sanitize your brew kit, but has anyone tried using plain old vinegar? Obviously I wouldn't be using a "raw" vinegar with live cultures, but couldn't the good old white stuff work to kill unwanted contaminants? Seems like it would be easier on the enviroment and my wallet, too. Let me know if you've had any experience disinfecting with vinegar. Thanks.

its just when I drink I dont stop until Im absolutly gone.. and I do it almost every other day? I always think the next day that Im going to have a heart attack or something and I just spend all day having a big panic attack.. alcohol gives me confidence and I love the feeling, am I going to kill myself though? what should I do?! Is it normal at this age?

have you ever heard of people getting high then wrecking there cars? or running people over? or operating heavy machinery? no cannabis users enjoy a spliff the same way you enjoy a fine brandy or a glass of wine. i would certainly pay high prices the same as ciggarettes for a goverment controlled amount of cannabis meaning the country would get back all the tax were about to lose on the july 1st uk smoking ban my say? dont worry - get high
