Go with the spirits - if you are able! Interesting that you are starting off avoiding the fizz rather than the alcohol :)
Ask the bar staff if there are any cocktails they do - minus the fizz.
Alternatively - ciders are quite often flat(ish).
Have fun on the tiles - take it easy though. If you haven't been drinking for a while, it won't take a lot before you get hammered!

Anything blended
Ice water with a twist of citrus (orange, lemon or lime)
Wine
Just stay away from beer and any drink that uses soda as a mixer.

I would avoid anything acidic, like orange juice or citrus as the op was on your gullet. Baileys or a milky cocktail like a white russian might be better.

I don't drink much, but I don't think bloody mary's have any fizz in them. Would a glass of red wine be too harsh? If all else fails, ask the bartender for a suggestion. Hope you have a great time.

You could try a White Russian, Amaretto on the rocks, most of the Martinis (chocolate, apple, cosmo)- there are many, many options.
