4.9 %-It would be the same. If you poured two bottles of beer into a glass, the percentage would not change. the only thing that changes the percentage of alcohol of a drink would be to add more of something. You could only make it more dilute i.e adding water would decrease the percentage of alcohol in the total amount of the beer. But you could not make it more concentrated.

Still 4.9%. It's the percentage, not the amount (ie one drop of 4.9% beer would still be 4.9% alcohol).
Another question is, after two beers, what percentage of alcohol would be in your bloodstream (blood alcohol content). This depends on variable factors such as metabolism, muscle mass, speed with which you drank etc.

The same 4.9%, but the volume would be greater meaning more alcohol in your bloodstream.
Was that a trick question ?

The "percent" is actually not a percentage at all but shorthand for "grams per deciliter." If they're both the same, then they have the same concentration, and if you know the bottle size you can use simple math to determine (in grams) the exact amount you drink. But considering the degree of math skills suggested by your question, I suggest you do the math before, not after, drinking them.

Percent is a ratio...how much booze to how much water/other stuff.
The ratio stays the same if you double the volume of the same concentration.
