We are fixing ribs all day in our smoker & I need a few more sides to go with the meat. I have fresh corn, but have never cooked it on the smoker - only on the grill. Can you cook corn on the cob in the smoker & for how long? Any other good side dish ideas?

I made homemade potato salad last night & have some baked beans as well, but I need 1 or 2 more side ideas - Any suggestions?

Im supposed to be holding a flat party on Saturday night - partly because my flat has just been refurbished, and partly because I have a new flat mate moving in this week.

Initially a lot of my friends said they were coming (probably 20-30 people), but now quite a lot of these have pulled out, and I only have about 6 people confirmed, plus a few more possibly coming.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make this an enjoyable night for everyone despite the fact that there will only be a handful of us there?
