I can only think of a few. Tacos, BBQ's(some people call them taverns), Grilled cheese, Tuna salad... I was eating in a restaurant and noticed that almost all food tastes better in a restaurant than homemade. Maybe it is because someone else is cooking it.

Hi
I seem to have trouble cooking beans including green beans(fresh)
The inside tends to get too soft and break apart.
while then outside is tough.
Could someone tell me what causes this?
too high temperature etc..

I must've put too much salt on the ground beef when I was browning it. I added the spaghetti sauce and now it seems too salty. The only thing I can think of is to add more plain tomato sauce (which I'm afraid will make the sauce too runny). Any other suggestions? I'm at a loss.

Skin on i get tender moist chicken, but not the smokey flavor.
Skin off i get the full charcoal flavor but not as moist and tender.

My friend and I are having a friendly debate about alcohol consumption. One of us likes to go home and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine pretty much every day after a hard day's work.
