Pasta with pesto, throw in some feta. Would this be too much? It sort-of sounds good, but maybe too salty...?

No, I wouldn't use feta. But everyones taste buds are different. Instead I would use a Parmesan cheese or Romano. Try this appetizer it is really yummy! Good luck with your recipe for your pasta.

Brie With Pesto

1 brie wheel
Pesto sauce, homemade or purchased
2 to 4 slices Prosciutto ham
Sun dried tomatoes, softened

Cut Brie Wheel in half, so there are 2 full wheels. Spread pesto on both cut surfaces. Cut up sun dried tomatoes and put on bottom half of wheel. Lay top half back on. Spread top with pesto. Arrange cut up Prosciutto on top. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes or until softened. Serve on sliced baguette.

Dont go overboard on the Feta, but it does sound good....The thing is you should wait to add the feta until after you're done cooking the sauce, other wise the feta could melt, not so delicious.
