A Rice pilaf goes well with both shrimp and pork. If you have to have a potato, put your shrimp on your green salad and bake the potato, augratin them, or twice bake, or just have roasted or boiled potatoes with parsley over top.
Have a green salad, or cole slaw with mixed veggies such as broccoli and cauliflower or baby carrots and green petite peas in a butter sauce.
Sounds good to me! Have some fun.

Shrimp with pork chops is an interesting combo.

I'd say side it with a rice dish or with oriental noodles.

A salad of mixed greens, a baked potato would go perfectly with this also.
