I am thiknig of going on a ski trip during my spring break which is on march 31 to april 9 and at vail it says its open till april 22. I just want to make sure the conditions are still good by then (not slushy or watery) and there still is plenty of fresh snow to ski on. Any help??? Is it owrth it and fun?? Ok, I recently heard that milk and bananas have sleep inducing/relaxent chemicals. But we see them alot in breakfast. Like mostly in cereals or milkshakes. Now isnt breakfast supposed to wake you up and get you through the day? So isnt it bad to have sleep inducing or relaxant chems? Your thoughts,comments, opinions?

Just curious if any of you's have given up alcohol and do you feel bored now without it?

I'd imagine I would feel bored, I drink every weekend, on Friday night its about 6 pints with work mates and on Saturday it 6 cans at home in front on telly, I'm never drunk, It just all this talk about binge drinking that has got me thinking.

I really look forward to my few beers at the weekend, so should I deprive myself of this. I should add i've been in this routeen the past 9 years, I never have touched drink mid week so its not a big problem I have, I just feel I would be bored at the weekends without a drink
