Does anyone know how to make a warm,cheesy artichoke,spinich dip.
I had this at a restaurant once and it was sooooo good.

Warm Artichoke dip
2 cups
20 min 10 min prep
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise (in this recipe, commercial mayo works best)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lemon, juice of
2 cloves garlic, minced (Use more garlic if you like it)

Mash artichokes and add all the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread in greased, shallow, ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes in 350 F oven or until bubbly.

Healthy Warm Artichoke Dip

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated (could also use fresh parmesan)
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed through a garlic press
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Finely chop artichoke hearts and put in a microwave-safe dish.
Add yogurt, cheese, garlic, and basil. Mix well.
Microwave 3 minutes on high. Stir. Microwave 2 minutes more. Serve warm.

Warm Artichoke Dip

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 325.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
Combine mayo, sour cream, and parmesan cheese.
Mix together artichoke hearts with mayo mixture in an oven safe glass pie dish Add garlic to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with crackers or pita bread.

READY IN 1 Hr 15 Min

this is what you need

4 cloves garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins.
In an 8x8 inch baking dish, spread the roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

3 oz.Onion, medium diced
2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
1 oz. Clarified butter
1-1/2 lbs. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 lb. Artichoke hearts, canned, chopped, coarse
1 qt. Cream sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tabasco sauce, to taste
6 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated

Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, without coloring.

Add the spinach and sauté until hot.

Add the artichoke hearts, cream sauce, Worcestershire and 4 oz. of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco.

Transfer the dip to a half hotel pan. Top with remaining 2 oz. of Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees until hot and browned on top, approx. 20 minutes.

one can of artichokes drain well
1 box frozen chop ed spinach, defrost drain well by squeezing in a kitchen towel,
place both in a food processor chop until combined
place mixture in a microwave safe bowl
add 2, 16oz pkgs of sharp white ch-adder (or my fave is asaigo cheese) heat on high for 3min remove stir and heat again for 2 min. yumma!!

well this is my way is that i get the chips that i like and with chili and cheese and another kind of sauce.
