you let it sit for ever then you take it out of the bowl and it wiggles

By adding gelatine.... This substanse combining with sugar makes a sticky, transparent wiggly Jello...

out of all the questions i have answered this one seems to make me actually think, and say huh. goood question, maybe they wiggle it all day. jus kiddin idon't really know.
