I am looking for a great recipe for homemade sauce to use in my Italian dishes. My mom gave me one a long time ago, but she can't find it and I really don't want to buy jar sauce unless I have to. Please list all ingredients and how much of each. Thanks! Best recipe gets 10 points!

Do you consider Hooters a "family" resturant?

The reason I ask is because as I was driving by a local Hooters, I saw an old lady on her walker with what appeared to be her son, daughter-in-law ( or the other way around ) and two young kids. LOL, I just never figured Hooters as a family dining place.

Which is the best brand of mayonnaise?

So what's the best Mayonnaise out there? I prefer Best Foods (or Hellmann's if you are east of the Rockies). Others prefer Kraft Mayonnaise, or Miracle whip. Or do you make your own mayonnaise (either vegan or non-vegan), and if so, what's your recipe?

my friend and would like a receipe for hollendaise sauce and also a diane sauce can anyone help please????? it sucks having to buy them pre made in a pack from the supermarket, and they dont taste any where near as good as the real thing, most of them are crap actually.

Is it OK to cook leftover hot dogs?

Hello. I was curious if it is possible to re-use cooked hot dogs. I volunteer at the local high school concession stand and we steamed hotdogs a few hours prior to use and they were kept warm at all times. Then after the football game we refrigerated them and the next afternoon I froze them. My question is can we reheat and serve the leftovers for the game on Friday the 8th?
