Cider as it contains more sugar - Red wine is good for the heart in daily small amounts.

ultimatly both are bad if your drinking to much, but the Cider has more sugar and will rot your teeth alot faster than the wine. Red wine will stain your teeth but that can be fixed with a good tooth paste, rotting teeth need replacing and will be expencive.

I would say Red wine is worse for your teeth, as it is one of the most dreaded staining liquids!

Although I must say Cider is worse for your body, specially if your a lightweight like me!

I would imagine that cider has more sugar in it, so probably that. Red wine is notorious for staining your teeth, though.

Cider. More sugar and more acid. Red wine will just help you see when you have brushed them enough.
