So what's the best Mayonnaise out there? I prefer Best Foods (or Hellmann's if you are east of the Rockies). Others prefer Kraft Mayonnaise, or Miracle whip. Or do you make your own mayonnaise (either vegan or non-vegan), and if so, what's your recipe?

OK so I realize Miracle Whip is not technically mayonnaise but some people use it like mayonnaise (or sandwich spread) so that's why it's included.

Hollywood. although personally i prefer to make it. it's just egg and oil (and a touch of vinager). all those other ingredients in your kraft type are just filler and preservatives and color.
this is hellmans:
1 egg (at room temp)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup oil
dash cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar

Miracle Whip, isn't Mayonnaise in reality. Nonetheless, I like it best. I actually did a taste test with mayonnaise and Miracle Whip, and picked M.W.
