I like 'em with hot sauce, for sure; I'm from Louisiana.
But I also liked them in the form of the French sausage ANDOUILLETTE, srerved with mustard.
Don't confused ANDOUILLETTE with Cajun ANDOUILLE. ANDOUILLETTE tastes like chitlins.

Hot sauce AND cranberry sauce?
Okay, look...we're no longer in those times when we have to eat entrails and scraps that are thrown out to garbage...and while I do consume meat, I am not about to eat something that's designed to help beast with the digestion, storage, nor expulsion of wastes and excrements..then again, there is a great enjoyment with oral sex and one is very close to the other so on that note: CHOW DOWN!!!

What are chtilins, I was told they are insides like liver and heart. If so I would say fried with salt and pepper.
