~I like ranch dressing. You can get the dry packets of rach dressing and mix it with fat free milk and fat free mayonaise and the dressing it awesome! It's not anything like that gross Fat Free Kraft or Hidden Valley or anything.
~Turkey bacon is good
~Fat Free whole wheat croutons as well (You could make your own my seasoning some whole wheat bread w/ you favorite seasonings and baking on a low tempt for about an hour).
~ Roasted bell pepers, onions, crushed garlic cloves and shrimp cooked in extra virgin olive oil & water and seasoned with fresh oragano and salt & fresh ground pepper (fresh always tates best).
~Fresh salsa, black beans, and corn - for a southwest potato.
~The salad potato - make that ranch dressing I mentioned at the top, chop sone carrots, broccoli, celery, chicken breast, and every other thing you like on salad. Mix together & pile it n you potato.
I could just go on & on with topping for potatoes - I love baked potatoes! I hope I gave you some decent, healthy Ideas - these are things I use often. Changing up your poato is always fun! Have a great night & good job on eating healthy! Yay for you!

This sounds strange, but I love puting shrimp and cheese and spinach on mine. Love abked potatoes, with almost everything. Chili, brocolli, coleslaw, shredded carrot salad. love cheese so thats the most comon one. Cheese whiz and natural casing hot dogs. mmm Now iknow what i want for supper tomorrw night. lol. Try a baked potaot buffet, ahve your guest bring condiments and toppings and see what they bring, and mix and match and try to find something new. Its fun interacting entertainment, and you only ahve to provide the potatoes.
