DRINK PEDIALYTE.....its in the baby section, it's for dehydrated youngsters and it will replenish the lost electrolytes, therefore helping your tummy and headache.

Also, take some pain meds if you have a headache.

I suggest drinking a pedialyte before a night out drinking...I also do, and then I drink one first thing in the morning.

GOOD LUCK NINJA

Before you drink as an example your going drinking at 10pm you need to drink water all day. An hour before you leave to go drink a big glass of water a lil more the 8 ozs. When drinking have a glass of water and drink some during. That is the main thing. Hangovers are because alchol dehydrates you. so drinkin water keeps you hydrated. Also dont take asprin and tylonel the next day. because alchol remains in your system for a while especially in your bladder. The mix with drugs can cause holes and other problems. If you are on meds already ask your doctor is drinking will effect you or the meds...LOL such as birthcontrol pills dont work properly if you drink or take any form of anitbiotics

Hair of the dog, if it won't go away in the AM., start drinking again..

Better is the night before, take a pain reliever and try and drink one glass of water for wach drink you have while you are drinking. Try not to drink on an empty stomach and try to figure out how much you can drink without a hangover so you can stop in time.

A bloody mary, followed by a chicken and advocado on brown bread sandwich, and more water. The tomoto juice tops up lost vitamins, the vodka helps the body cope with beeing awake, the sandwich helps with vitamins and the water with the dehydration. I sware it works. Good luck

Drink plenty of water!
Drink at least as many glasses of water as you drank of the alcoholic drinks you had, but more is better. Not when you wake up either! The same night as the drinking takes place!
.
That, and be sensible, don't drink too much in the frist place!

I always went to bed with a Hershey bar and a can of Diet Coke. It is the sugar withdrawal that kills you. My best friend says great sex is the ultimate cure. She would know.
