How can i preserve an advacado in between the time i cut it to use for salad, it turns brown and soft, is there a way to preserve it for the next time which is usually the next day, i throw so many away because they get yucky.Only people who are sincere and know what to do answer please, health wise i must eat them regularly.

I am having some company over in an hour and I need a good recipe for a good baby drink.....I don't have any ice cream but I have some yogurt.
