I have attempted to become a vegetarian a year ago and I did so for for about 6 months. Then, I cheated once and it was all over. Now, i'm thinking about cutting out certain meats at a time. For example, I've cut pork and chicken but I still eat turkey, fish and some beef. What steps should I take, what are good resources to read about to be sure I'm still getting the proper nutrients I need (such as what helps to absorb what?) and what are easy vegetarian meal to prepare for breakfast, lunch on the go, and dinner?
