I don't like the taste so I avoid these products

I think. No, I Know, that manufactures have change ingredients in their products that's why food taste so bad now a days

Alot of the manufacturing companies put sugar in the food to somewhat preserve it. But now they are even making gas out of sugar. It is called ethonol gasoline.....

thet are starting to change this, most cereals you can get in reduced sugar and the artificial sweetners are awesome like splenda. you can avoid a lot by making your own stuff like cakes at home and substituting. applesauce is great in cakes
