1.)First i take as many eggs u think u can eat(2-3 is good)
2.)i grab a bowl and crack the eggs.
3.)i get a fork and start mixing it until the yolk and clear stuff is mixed and light yellow type color.
4.)i get a pan and put it on the stove, put it on medium and throw a little piece of butter and let it melt.
5.) Pour the egg in the pan.
6.) Every 5 to 10 seconds i mix up the egg a little until it doesn't look wet.
7.) I put it on a plate with toast bread.
8.) Tada! Breakfast is served!
Sometimes I like to mix little chopped up pieces of salami or ham in the egg while I'm cooking it.(it makes a great flavor for the egg)
9.)I put a little salt in the eggs when I'm done.

Break 2 eggs per person into a bowl, and whisk it together along with 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese ( chedder, swiss, or mozzerella work great), 2 tablespoons of chopped, cooked bacon, a tablespoon of milk, and of course, salt to taste.

The trick is to use a nonstick skillet instead of oil, and the moment the skillet is heated, pour the mixture onto the skillet, wait a few seconds, and immediately start scraping off all the egg that's already solidifiying on the bottom of the skillet. Just keep scraping, longer scoops make for larger pieces, until everything looks light and fluffy. If it's cooked right, the cheese isn't even visible, which is a great flavor surprise if you plan on cooking for someone else:)

The secret to great scrambled eggs is taking them out of the pan while they still look wet because of the carry-over cooking they will get dry if you wait until they look done.

My grandmother called these "quick eggs"

Add 1/2 T butter to a cold non-stick skillet turn up heat to med/high. Add 2 to 3 eggs before pan gets hot. Salt (to taste you will have to experiment on this). Let eggs start to set on bottom, stir. Each time eggs start to set on bottom stir this gives you fluffy eggs. Take out of pan while still wet looking and let set for 1 to 2 mins then eat and enjoy.

Good Luck as easy as scrambled seem they can be tricky practice lots they are good for breakfast, lunch and supper.

Really easy. Just crack eggs into bowl. Take a fork and break up the yolks and mix around. They put oil, butter or margerine into a pan (just a little. Warm it up and put the eggs in. Mix around with a spatulata. Stay with the eggs and make sure they heat is not too high. You will see your scrambled eggs emerge just how you like them. A frying pan works best.

Rinse the frying pan and place over medium fire. When all water bubbles are gone and pan is warm, then place two tables spoons of cooking oil inside pan to warm for five minutes.

Crack eggs and place them in a bowel. Using a fork, stir the eggs, and add two dashes of salt and pepper.

Pour stirred eggs in heated oil and use fork to stir the eggs over heat. When all the eggs are risen and firm, generally after seven minutes, remove eggs and enjoy.
