What would be the best way to make my homemade alfredo sauce spicy?

What types of spices should I add? I'm dating a new guy that only eats spicy food and this is my most famous recipe...Any ideas would be appriciated, even ideas for spicing up chicken or shrimp to throw in the pasta would be helpful.

What could be a disgusting ingredient in a cookie?

A woman I know told me about cookies she make, but refused to tell me what's in them, saying I wouldn't want to eat them if I knew the ingredient. I know it's not Crisco or lard, cuz she said it wasn't that... but what could it be? (oh, it's not weed either)

What's the worst meal you've ever had?

My mother once cooked ground horse meat (totally serious) and served it as hamburger. We said it doesn't taste like hamburger, and she finally admitted the truth. Yecch! Never trusted her to make food after that.

What is a good wine to start on?

How do you make, I think it is called.. "bungalow dish"?!?

I am trying to find out how to make a recipe that my mom used to make. It was always delicious; especially on cold Winter nights while growing up on Long Island, New York. I do know that the ingredients are like: elbow macaroni, chopmeat, onion, green peppers, tomato sauce(?). The problem is I dont know if that is what the recipe is called! Also, I am confused as to use straight tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce, or what! I am getting married soon and would like to make this recipe for my new hubby :) Thanks in advance.

Do you like onions?

I work food service, and it's amazing how many people hate onions. I used to think I was unique, but it seems like most of the time, people ask to hold the onions.

I think they're disgusting, but ironically, I love Funyuns, Burger King's onion rings, green onions and don't mind cooked-in onions.

I think that i heard somewhere that more than 2 energy drinks a day can cause heart problems. Is it true? why? and does 1 of them a day do anything bad?
