I made fried zucchini to take to the girls at work tomorrow. How do i re-crisp it so it's not soggy? Foil or no foil? What temp in the oven?

Sorry I don't think it will ever be as good as it was. Too much moisture in them.

really high high temp and no foil and try to use the broiler if possible
