I usually don,t eat anything till at least I,ve had my pot of coffee in me, so I,d say lunch, but then you can have breakfast for lunch, like bacon & eggs & toast.

allthough breakfast is the most important meal of the day,lunch is allso important as its not good to skip meals, as this causes your body to store fats,best to have three or more smaller meals,than to skip any.
