I don't think i can get whey protein or protein powder so i need a substitute for a protein bar recipe.

so unhealthy using diet drinks and shakes instead of meals. if you eat a balanced diet, complete with carbs, fruit, veg, nuts, dairy, processed and unprocessed foods and sugar combined with about 30-60 mins of excersise a day, you WILL lose weight. simply as that. if you get on the these shakes and counting calories and what not, it will run your life. eat healthy food and a bit of junk food. enjoy food. it is there to keep you alive but also to enjoy. weightloss isnt brought on supermarket or chemist shelves. you have to eat healthy and put a bit of work into it. good luck

Try cereals,these are full of proteins. Sepecially , urd dal, ( Indian name ) has maximum protiens.
