Food & Drink - 11 July 2006

Starting a second job next week (both full-time) and no time to stop home inbetween so other than breakfast will have to pack all other food for the day. Any suggestions for easy-to-pack healthy meals/snacks? Will have access to fridge & microwave.

HI i am April and I am a size 12 now before I was a size 14 cause I use to laydown in bed a lot and also drank and eat too much a couple months ago. So HOw can I get rid of belly fat even though I am a size 12 and with a slim straight abs but with a belly in the bottom?

I've been making my own popcorn at home with a popcorn maker, but somehow they never turn out as crunchy/crispy as theatre/store bought popcorn. Why is that? Is it because my popcorn maker suck or I got bad kernels?
