Hey! You Can Mix the Cinnamon Schnapps with HOT CHOCOLATE! Just make hot chocolate like you normally would with milk or water then add 1 - 2 shots of the schnapps! It tastes great! You can even use Peppermint Schnapps! Enjoy!

Ski cinnache

Tomoko Koko
1/2 oz Irish cream

5 oz hot chocolate
Combine and serve in large mug topped with whipped cream.

The Golden Apple
1/2 oz. Goldschlager
or Cinnamon Schnapps
2 oz. Applejack Brandy
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker or large glass with ice. Stir gently and strain over ice into rocks glass.

And how about a Jell-O shots
Use the jiggler recipe on the Jell-O box. Substitute half of the water with liquor(s) of choice, in this case the schnapps
Gin does well with citrus gelatin, especially lime. Vodka is barely detectable when mixed with tropical fruits and berries. Rum and tequila may discolor gelatin. Sambuca is nice with cranberry. Flavored schnapps also mixes well with all fruits.

To be very honest, I can't think of anything that mixes with cinnamon schnapps. Maybe you should try putting it in the freezer for an hour before doing shots.

I would suggest pure grain alcohol. It will mask most of the hot cinnamon flavor. You will only be able to detect the taste of the alcohol.
