Too many to choose from in Los Angeles. One that I tend to frequent is La Petite Jardin on Robertson at Pico. They have a very creative menu, and a Croque Monsier to die for.

The best Restaurant in my town is any chicken box place. for example in my area is Friendly's and Sunny's

Morin's - third generation family restaurant. They have the best chicken caesar salad ever and they make their own soups and pies and muffins. Always reliable for quality of food and decent service with affordable prices.

UMMMMMMMMMMMMM It's called Texas de Brazil. I think I can't really remember I've been there only a couple of times because its really expensive. But It's great.
