I just finished making chicken curry w/ rice, but I burned the chicken a bit. there's still enough for tomorrow. Good thing that I am only cooking for just me! I love though to cook for others, I wish I had a nice girlfriend that would join me for dinner.

Nothing yet, I just picked some tomatoes off the vine, does a BLT sandwich sound good? Don't know what to fix with it. Don't have salad fixins in the house, but I do have potatoes. Don't suggest french fries, I don't care for them {I know, that's weird}.I have an onion, maybe some rings?

after a 9hr day working in a Hot, hot factory, I am. Diced potatoes, mixed with eggs and hotdog and cheese. Wrapped in a tortilla. The kids (teenagers) love it

I have split chicken breasts in the oven as we speak with onion, celery, jalapenos, bell peppers and mexican spice. I'll shred the chicken when it's done and serve it for tacos. I'm also making mexican rice without the garlic.
