What type of shoes do you wear that are vegan friendly.I've been wearing Van's Rowleys for a while now.Does anybody have any other suggestions?I need shoes that you can skateboard in though, they have to be grippy and pretty light.

A simple look at the label of the drink next to me:
it contains glucose-fructose and/or sugar, citric acid, flavours, malic acid, sodium citrate, sodium benzoat.
Many drinks have artificial flavours or colourants.
Question: are not this potentially dangerous for health , especially if you drink on a regular basis, since they are mostly artificial chemicals?

How often shall we drink these products ?
I know they taste good. I don't talk only about Cola or Pepsi but all commercial drinks in stores.

I think that if you could get more good quality soft drinks in bars like Dr. pepper, Purdeys and smoothies and stuff(not that syrup cola stuff) I would choose to drink less alcahol. The only alcahol I really like is wine & that tends to make me feel very drunk very fast!! Anyone agree?
