Could you do it at home....?

no.. you would have to dip the fruit in a special liquid... like freon or something like that... but no you can't do it at home because you will probably cause freezer burn on your food!!

the fruit must not touch each other and must be perfectly dry-e.g. raspberries- lay each one seperately on a baking tray and freeze as normal- the tray can be covered loosely with foil once the fruit is frozen -do not place anything heavy on the tray.

do this and it will keep indefinitely.

Zip-Lock bag it and put in freezer. Vacuum sealers are great too.
