My daughter is 21, she has always dated white guys, she has been dating a man for three months, I was so mad, because she was so secretive...and that isn't like her, I would tell her, I want to meet this boy, what is his name....she gave me a fake name, well I have now met him....yes hes black..my daughter is in love with him, I am a very liberal person, this was a shock...but I am getting along well with my future son in law, the problem is , his family is against him marrying a white girl, I don't know how to go about getting close to someone that doesn't want my daughter in there family....its hard for me and my daughter, I am reaching out for help

I'm 18, I'm slim and I'm nicer than most girls these days. I don't go out for the bad boys type, I don't go to clubs or bars or whatever. People outside compliment me saying I look pretty, gorgeous and they even compliment my outfits too. One guy said "sexy" in front of my face when I walked yesterday. Yet... no one ever asks me out? Why is that? It seems like everyone has a bf/gf so easily, yet I can never get one. :( What am I supposed to do to get one?

b4 u say anything. i would mostly want your advice rather then a stright forward answer.
me and my bf work in the same company, and about 3 days ago a new girl started working there. i work on one side of the room and he works on the other. where the new girl sits is right opersit him. ok so it all started when i heard him talking to her, you know friendly chat and stuff. i quickly turnd around to see where she was sitting while talking to him. she was sitting right next to him but facing me, she gave me this look of "yea look at me talking to your man" i turnd back to my work and just carryed on as if i didnt care, i could still hear them talking for atleast 20 mins, her laughing at w/e he was joking about and him laughing at her jokes or w/e. then i thought ok yea keep it cool its just chating and i supose coz shes new & no one else is really talkin to her its no harm. but then he asks her all personal questions, as if trying to actuly get to know her.
should i be angry at him?

ok... so everytime I get in a relationship I start off really liking the guy then after a week the feelings fade and I end up breaking up with him. I've been seeing the same guy for 5 years now. We are both divorced and are very well-suited. He makes me laugh, is attentive, sensitive and sexy. Last night I was to go to his house. (my kids are with their dad this weekend). We talked several times during the day and at 5 he told me he was going to meet a friend at a nearby bar but wouldn't be long. I told him I'd be at his house at 7 and he said he should be back, but if not just to go in. I finally went to sleep at 10 and he came in at 2 happy to see me. Needless the say, I wasn't happy to see him. I left early in the morning while he slept. He called and apologized but I am so disappointed. He said he didn't even have fun, should've just come home and doesn't know why he didn't. What's up with him?

There is a much older man at work (me 27 him 45) who is leaving soon as he is a locum. Anyway, he knows I like him and he still kept talking to me after he found out. Asked me out for a leaving beer but with everyone else going too!! Great!! Anyway, if I bump into him outside work we chat loads but in the staff room just a quick hello from him, I ask him how are things going and he rushes an answer and then practically runs away from me! I'm a really friendly, chatty person so I'm always like "hiya" when I see him, sometimes I get this back but then the next time he'll be like "hi" in a "I don't want to talk to you" sort of voice!
