really shy, would you like someone who was outgoing and talked to you (even when you guys hardly knew each other) or someone who was shy too, so they wouldnt really initiate conversation??

Well I've heard it said that introverts do best with introvert and likewise for extroverts so I'd probably go with an introvert whose relational.
