I am in love with a guy that says he doesn't deserve to be happy. So he pushed me away. About 3 months ago he said I smothered him. Then he later told me he felt deep feelings for me and it scared him. Then now he has done the same thing. But this time he won't even talk to me. I have left him cards and letters but he will not call or anything.What can I do ? I am so in love with him, but he has broken my heart. And he has been dating a woman that he dated before me, but he told me he had feelings for her too but it went deeper wiyh me. So why is he doing this to me and himself?

My sister divorced nearly five years ago. She since went to college, finished her degree, got a good full time job, has two kids one grown and one in her teens, and is 39. She has alot going for her in her life, but seems to continuously make bad choices in men. She keeps dating loser after loser. The guy she is seeing now is unemployed, lives with his mother, has poor hygiene, and isn't remotely good looking. If he were to walk up to her while she was out drinking, she'd tell him to get lost, but for some reason she can't seem to do that sober. She has sent her daughter to live with her father so she doesn't have to "deal with" the fighting, and so she has more personal freedom. How do I tell her that she's making bad choices in men and that she is better than the men she is choosing? She asks me where she can find a man like my husband and how do I tell her that she won't find one like my husband because she likes dirty guys apparently?

I met this guy and he asked me like 3 times to go dinner with him. I didnt have feelings for him but he asked so much that I finally went. At the end of the meal i got some money, cos I didnt want him think that i dont want to contribute with the dinner (even though he asked me in the first place), he let me pay what i ate. After that we went to a club and he invited me one drink ,but I invited him as well one. After that he just didnt ask me and bought drinks for himself. Im not the goldigger type , and this guy was nice so i decided to consider im a friend, so we went out again supposily as friends, and once again of course he didnt pay. And after that he told me that he like me more than a friend and blah blah..I mean..would you even do that if you like someone more than like a friend? I think its kind of rude to invite someone and then expect them to pay!...am i crazy? what do u think?

my boyfriend was a big jerk today, i was at my friends house and he called me outside and i started talking to him..and while i was in the middle of a sentence he just pulled me over and started attacking me like a starving fish in front of all of his friends.

i got reallly upset and ran away from him and as i was running he told me "it was just a dare!" well i feel like he used me just to impress his friends and i'm really embarrassed, i mean it was on my friend's driveway!!

well i guess my question is, do you think i should break up with him?

Well, not really, but he acts like it.

He'll stalk me all day. Like I can't even go to the bathroom without him being there. Its kind of creepy actually. And the thing is he techinally doesn't live with me, but you might as well say he does considering he never goes home. And we've only been dating for 3 weeks.

I'm constantly telling him "hey babe, i need my space" but that makes him paranoid, and he thinks I'm seeing someone else which i am most certaintly not. He even gets suspicious when I put on makeup.

I'm surprised he's not standing over my bed when i wake up in the mornings glaring at me, holding a pillow that says "home sweet home" on it. Not kidding.

What do i say or do to make him stop this?

some many people are judges others by their physical appearance.

when it comes to looking for someone to date, who's physical appearance is being judged harsher, men or women?

do you even take physical appearance into consideration when deciding whether or not someone is worth dating?

do you think men or women are more apt to dismiss a person's apearance when looking for someone to date?

When I was 18 years old 4 men and I broke into an old acquaintances house and held him and his two male roommates at gun point while we loaded most of their belongings into their vehicals. I was giving 10 years shock probation for the exchange of my testimony. Shock probation is an intense probation in which you are required to serve 6 months in prison. I was relesed from prison and imediately began a 10 probation sentence. I did fine until I turned 21 and started doing what 21 yearolds do. My probation was revoked and I was then given a 6 year sentence. While in prison I started taking college courses and recived an associates degree in a year and a half with a G.P.A. of 3.96. I was released March 15 2007 and was accepted to the University of Texas shortly after. Since then I have meet some great women and I am comntemplating a relationship with one of them. I have lied about my past. I made up a story on my life for the last 3 years and 9 months because I was ashamed of my past.

Someone was doing a sociological observation and noticed that the attractive and pretty faced girls where ALWAYS the ones that smell good...the "average"/"not attractive" didn't bother to make themselves smell good...This is what HE said:

"Everyone like good smell, either gals or guys, it's a plus to someone who is not good looking, and a bonus to someone who is attractive."

What do you think?

and guys, if a pretty girl consistently smells good, does she keep getting more "points" in your book?

I have tried to get over you for so long because of all the pain this love has caused, I tried and tried again and again to think of reasons to forget about you..... but it's hard for my reasons are very few. I fall asleep thinking about you wondering why this love still hasnt came to an end when all that comes to mind is you only think of me as a friend. You have opened a part of my heart that I never knew was there! can't you feel the chemistry of love in the air? I hope one day my dreams about you will somehow one day come true.................

I haven't been able to see my girlfriend in almost three weeks because of issues she's been having with her family. Her dad has been on some long business trips and her mom was just in a bad accident. We are both sophmores in HS and 15.
