I went out with my ex boyfriend for a couple of months but after we split we became very good friends. I moved away to live with my current partner and the night before I went he wanted to start again. I said that it wouldn't work out.
We still remained friends but now he can be so horrible to me, saying really nasty things about where I am living and the person I'm living with. Should I confront him and ask him why?

I'm not looking for a fast way to handle this. I know this stuff takes time. I get him to open up in spurts and it is always a great conversation when he does. I feel like he has a lot to say, but has a difficult time in breaking down to say it. I know he cares, but sometimes it's still hard. I just figured I'd ask.

I don't care that she has a boyfriend and she spends time with him..what's making me mad is how she is treating me. She acts like she is better and like it's inconvenient to hang out with me, she acts like it's a chore. And she lies a lot to my face..she acts all fake nice and i don't know how to deal with this. Do I have a right to be angry? I'm thinking I'll stop answering her calls for a while, you know, if she even tries to call. What would you do?

After one previous failure experience and a current one that is coming to an end now ... I decided to give up love and the weird thing is that am happy now rather being in any failure relationship. Am not willing even or aspiring to open up my heart again. Is that weird about me or that seems as deep frustration?
P.S am not the cause of these previous failures, am just needing sincere pure love while they only needed ways to abuse me indirectly. For me love is not to be bought or sold .. love grows in the heart everlasting ... Is it my right to be happy like I am now and needing no love any more?

I am leaving my fiancee....but need some advice on what to do now...caught him again on the internet..dating sites, pornos....and they weren't adult pornos...they were teenagers with older guys! He's sick, beyond the help stage...he is getting off watching younger girls having sex with older guys....disgusting!!! What to do now? Should i go to the police about it? I mean i have children involved..not his though, but i have daughter, how do i know he didn't do anything to her??? He's sick sick sick....Should i bring his computer down to the station and have him get picked up...could i do that?? I mean these types of people need to be behind bars...not going after young girls u know?

I have an ex-boyfriend that wont leave me alone. He is constently living me messages and passing by my job to tell me things that are not important. Some times he leave messages that sound likes his mad at me and some are saying that he cares about and etc. To make the story short I have told him a million times I don't want anything to do with him anymore because he is always in a bad mood. Well this morning he passed by my job to tell me that if he sees me with someone else that he will kill me. Then he was looking at me like if he was crazy and then he starts to laught and say, do you believe what I just said I will never hurt you because I love you I was just playing with you. But I really think he ment it. I didn't want to tell my family but I did told my co-worker just in case anything happends to me. Do you think I am making a big deal out of this or should I go and get a restraining order against him. I don't think he'll hurt me, but I don't know. I dont want him in jail.

This man says he loves me and needs me but he has become so stressed that it is hard to look me in the eye. He doesn't call and says that doesnt mean he wants it over just that he needs to be alone right now. He wouldn't kiss me goodnight the othernight and doesn't understand why that hurt but if I ever turned from his kiss good bye in the morning it would break his heart. He feels pressured to hold me or something at night. He seems to feel pressure for what he is not able to feel at the moment which he assures me always comes back on the upswing of the disease. I have never been this close to a person with this. My sister has been bipolar for 15 years but I had no idea. How do I deal with this best for both of us?

Ok so this is what has been going on, My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and we are expecting our first child due August 9th 2007. We have always been completly honest with each other and we tell each other everything, latley he has been getting these phone calls that he wont tell me what they are about, i know he is not cheating on me i trust him completly, and the other day i walked in the bedroom before he was about to leave and he was putting a small box in his pocket he said that he had to go to the store, when i asked him what it was he said its nothing and quickly left, and yesterday i caught him and my mom whispering something, so last night he asked me to go to the beach with him on saturday he is taking me to the resturaunt where we had our first date, so what do you think is it that time?

So I been talking to a guy off of an internet site.. well we haven't met, just been talking on messenger. Well.. he became very rude and mean but I still loved him.. he used to degrade me and all and then suddenly he becomes nice again. Well he says that if I shave my head that he will get married to me and let me move in.

Well he tells me he bought a ring and wanted me to shave my head, so I shave all of my hair off. All of a sudden all he says is "LOL" and that "you are an idiot"

I ask him why he did that... and he says "Because, I can. You have a shaved head now so no other guy will need to be harassed by you.. lol"

Why would he do this?

Ive been on and off with my bloke since i was 14, im now 20, he'll be 22 in few wks. we have been in love for years and we plan to get married in next few years, we are living apart bt see each other weekends and we both love it, what can i get him for his birthday? i dont have loads of money, but i wanted to get him something keepsake type thing?

An ex pro sportman who is a few years older to me but had to stop playing sports because he had an accident and lost his athletic shape (but is not disabled)
He is kind of living in his glory days like wishing he could go back, very sweet but gets mad when ever his recent looks are being reminded.
A smoker and a drinker (not heavily though)
He was a heavy flirt before the accident (like most sportsmen), now he doesn't go out that much like he used to.

I mean he has so many bad qualities but I still have some feelings towards him? He's a good friend of mine. And he said that he has feelings towards me

We have been going out for almost a month now and he tells me how much he likes me and wants to be more than friends, but i think he is still seeing other women. We spend hours together and we have a great time. We talk everyday and he constantly tells me he misses me. If he's really interested would he still conversate with them or is he playing it safe by keeping them as "backups". I'm also still "talking" to someone else but if he's ready to start a relationship with me then the other guy is history. I'm confused....what does he want from me or is he playing games. I'm a good-looking, single guy, confident, funny and considerate to everyone I meet. Yet when I try get close to the women in my life that I feel are special it never gets past a physical relationship or friendship.

Almost without exception these women I try to get close to are survivors of abuse or escaped from troubled relationships (it just seems to work out that way) and time and again I try to be the white knight and prove to them all men are not bastards. Showing them affection and kindness, trying to lure them out of their shells and tempt them with a taste of a healthy relationship rather than bad memories.

But so far failure, they always push away and it makes me feel powerless in the end because no matter what I did to help I just couldn’t get passed the damage other men had already done.

Is it wrong for me to continue pursuing such relationships? Is it healthy for anyone in the long run? Is it worth getting my heart broken time and again?
