Singles & Dating - 26 June 2007

I 'm tired of sitting at home my son is 15 now and has his own friends, l joined the singles club but they are older and i'm young at heart. l like biking and outdoor stuff but my social skills are rough and l quess theres noone out there for me. I need some solid advice where can l chat to singles(free) in Barrie ( 60 miles north of Toronto,Ontario.) Any advice on where to go to meet and talk to men around 50????? p.s. tired of the bar scene........Nancy

I would pack my horses and a pack mule with camping equipment and the finest foods, that I will actually cook myself for my lady. We would ride to the most beautiful mountain meadow I could find with a view. We would spend time taking short walks around the camp to explore the area while enjoying each others company. We would sit by the fire late into the night while wandering off a few feet to view the zillion stars in the sky. We would let happen whatever will take its course (if you know what I mean)......as the night and day went on. We would camp where no man has gone or been in a very long time. What do you think?

What I mean is that they are constantly being sweet and you wonder their intentions hahaha and than you see that they are saying the same stuff to others....

I feel actions speak louder than words but it bothers me at times when I think a person is writing something to me personally acting or saying certain things to find out that the person does it to everyone...... Has this ever happened to you...........I never trust these people and eventually I cut off the friendship I call it player mentality and being fair both Men and woman alike do this.....................

I have a guy friend and he is a strong Christian.... I really admire him, but I find it odd that he has never found anyone male or female attractive... he says that he is too young to be thinking of such things and that if God has someone out there for him he would just know.... He said he refuses to even look at a woman in the wrong way because he doesnt want to sin..... I know a girl though that really likes him but doesnt know how to get his attention with this mind set.... any help or suggestions... and for those who are Christians especially do you have any input on whether this is a good thing or going too far?

Im a college student and a girl id never seen or met sent me an instant msg and asked me to hang out with her. she also told me she recently broke up with her bf. Im looking for a serious relationship not a temporary rebound to be dumped in two weeks and i dont want to be used or hurt again. I went over to her room and she snuggled up to me five minutes after I met her, i just put my arm around herand played with her hair. She then constantly imed and texted me, etc. A day or two later i went over again and she fell asleep on my chest. The next night (last night) she was drunk and called me 8 times that she wanted to see me so i sat with her. when i got back she imed me that she needed a kiss next time. (ive only known her for three days). How do I know that shes not just rebounding from her bf and using me to comfort her for a while? What should I do?

i like one guy from the uni, he's one year older than me, and he's on another faculty. as far as i understood he's a very shy one. we don't know each other. i've noticed him only because i thought he noticed me. he usually tried to be around me, and watches me. especially when we were at the canteen, he sat with his mates silent and watched me. He sometimes feels uncomfortable when he looks at me, coz it's hard for him to look subtle coz of his height. we have one coomon friend, but he only says hi to him, nothing more. and i'm not THAT close with that other guy to ask him to introduce us.

Me and my Boyfriend have been together for a year last week we got nto a fight he didnt talk to me for 2days an then told me he was mad an would talk to me when he wasnt. instead of leaving him alone i kept texting and trying to call himfor 2 days. he text me and said stop calling if i wanted to talk i would call you. so friday i told him i would leave him alone an give him space to cool off. well it has been 3days an i have not contacted him. its driving me crazy i want to go to his house an talk to him should I or should i give him more space? 3days isnt really that long but to me it feels like forever because we got in the fight over a week ago. i know sometimes guys get to a point where they need "space" but what does that mean a week or 2months ...PLEASE HELP!!

ok i know this guy and i said to my friend i though he was fit she went and told him. the problem is i see a difference between thinking someone is fit to fancying someone because he may be fit but hes not a very nice person so i dont fancy him how do i show him that i dont fancy him!? i know its the opposite question that you usually get but please answer!!! i want to show him i dont fancy him because whenever i see him he just smirks as if hes gods gift!
