You don't chose who you fall in love with or when...it happens. If you can look someone in the eyes and tell them - then it isn't too soon. Always remember that people don't fall in love at the same time.

Yes it can be too soon. You can not possibly LOVE someone the first minute that you meet them. Wait until your in love with the whole person...please.

it's not about time - it's about whether or not it's really love - when you're young it's easy to confuse love for other feelings - and falling in love is different than being in love - just don't throw the word around - if you're SURE then any time is fine - but if you've known the guy for less than a few months - it's probably not love

'I love you' are some of the most dangerous words that you can say, so make sure that you do it right.
You should always consider saying what you feel, but sometimes it is better not to. I always say you should never ask questions you don't really want to hear the honest answer to, and the same thing goes for 'I love you.'

if you are really in love , there's nothing that can stop you from saying it , but you still have to wait until you make sure the you really love him or her .
