Did you ever watch "the two towers" where Frodo baggins is stung by the spider. The spider didn't kill him, it wanted him alive because it likes to play with its food.
Cats don't eat mice they catch right away. They play games with them. Those games are designed to be entertaining for the cat, but at the end guarantee that the mouse is still dinner.
In modern slang both are euphemisms for sex.

The cat n mouse game is like Tom & Jerry cartoons where the guy chases the girl around the house and gets the crap beat out of him along the way. Hide the sausage is like and and go seek, only with sausage instead of people. You hide the sausage, preferrably pork sausage, not beef, and try to find it later. The longer you wait, the easier it is to find it because you can follow the smell. I like hiding mine behind the couch or under my bed.

i know that game tho. Cat and mouse is when,(lets say you are running) from someone... (First of all, everyone has a partner they hold onto.) Then you are the mouse and you need to find anyone to hold onto. then the third person holding on need to leave and run.. got it? its ok if you dont. Email me if you need help. Cat n mouse is the flirting and pursuing that people do, playing hard to get, etc.
Hide the sausage is sexual intercourse. If the person who said these things to you is an adult you need to tell your parents immediately! It is not appropriate for him/her to be discussing things like this with a child!
