I really like this guy, and we've been friends for almost two years. We have a lot in common, we make each other laugh, and we talk a lot - things are going along great. Last year, before school ended, I got his e-mail, and we e-mailed at least once a day over the summer, if we weren't at camp or on trips. We still e-mailed when school started, although it stopped going as rapidly - he only e-mailed to ask for homework help, usually, although we did talk about other stuff. I had to start most of the conversations. Then, after winter break, he basically stopped e-mailing at all, except to ask for homework help rarely. He never calls for homework help, either - I sent him an e-mail on Saturday, and he hasn't replied, even though I know he's not doing anything for break.
Could it be that he's sick of me? I really like him, and we get along great at school - we talk a ton, smile, laugh with each other, et cetera. Can anyone think of why he doesn't want to e-mail me, but will talk to me?
