Does it mean alot to men when a women tells them they're good looking?

I know alot of men aren't caught up in their looks but u know how it seems to work for women when a man tells them they're good looking or beautiful, do men get that same feeling when a woman says it?

I've notice that when I say it or email it to a guy who I'm taliking to long distance, he always seems to call me a little more.

It is MORE flattering when a man gets a compliment from a woman than when a woman gets a compliment from a man. If a woman is good-looking, she usually hears it ALL THE TIME. When a man is good-looking we only hear it occasionally (or when we're in a relationship) because it is not "socially acceptable" for women to tell men how handsome they are in the initial stages of communication. But ladies, we LOVE to hear it! So pick it up a bit.
