Accept her word but trust your own intuition and observations first. Honesty is the basis of a relationship. Honesty and trust. If you have a niggle, then watch your heart and listen to your intuition.
However, I sense that for some reason you have doubts about her. Are they the result of past experience or just a recent gut feeling? Intuition is a big factor but sometimes in love emotion and intuition can lead to mistakes.
It is easy enough to see the signs, although some people are very very very clever and get away with things. Failure to meet your eye, not available, reticent with you, these are signs. Sneak a peek at her phone. (sneaky and can blow up if you are caught). Generally though, it is in the eyes. There are not too many women who can have that true look of love in their eye for more than one man at a time.

Cause when you ask her if she's cheating on you, she can answer honestly 'no'. you'll know if she's lying.
honestly though, the best thing to do is ask her. If the answer is no, just have a laugh about it, apologise and admit your a bit paranoid. A relationship has to be honest

when she stops sleeping with you...when she has other plans and breaks off at the last minte...when she is secretly texting or answering her phone in another room...when she is making more effort about her appearance when she does not normally do it...when she does not come home, when she does not call you....look for the signs....check her phone for messages that she normally doesnt get

put a teddy bear and flowers on her car at night - when she wakes up in the morning - if she calls YOU and says thanks with no hesitation you know shes not cheating - if she asks you or if she doesnt even tell you - SHES CHEATING.
or just ask her straight up - orrrr check her phone
get snoopy and slick! you will find out sooner or later.

She starts acting strange and secretive. To be honest though you should know better than anyone else if she's your girlfriend.

she wont be that in to you you will see her flirting with other guys and shell say she was just talking to them as a friend your the one she loves she will take stuff from other boys but not you there is way more signs than that but im hungry so peace

If she's good at it you won't know. You could always put a spy programme on her PC, which is mean, underhanded and darstardly but worked for me when I found out my ex-wife.

You'll eventually find clues, reciepts, texts or e-mails, her lying about where she says she is, but don;t get too obsessed just in case she's not, you could ruin your relationship but accusing her!
