I'm really into this guy who is a friend of a friend who comes around to hang out with us sometimes. He's alittle older than me (5 years) and he's sooooo got his stuff together. Tall dark and very handsome, intelligent and educated, hardworking man. I think he digs me too but damn I get so intimidated by him. I'm afraid I come across as an airhead b/c I get too giggly and can't think of things to say. It's unusual to get this way around guys but dam n like I said-he's got it going on! Anyways, what are some things anyone has done to get over the nervousness and butterflies? I really want to get to know each other better.

i met her in high school. she knew i liked her but i couldnt tell if she liked me the way i did her. i know we got along really well. shes like my sis i never had i told her and visa versa. now in college 2 yrs later. the second time i met her she gave me her # and soon after she invited me 2 her house for the 1st time. i told her 2 leave her pajamas on she said no but she changed her mind and left them on. it seemed like she wanted 2 b alone with me but her little cuz was in the way. and she didnt want her mom and grand ma to c me cuz they would embarras her. later she said "dont u have something 2 tell me". i told her no but i really wanted 2 tell her just not yet. she was tickleing me a bit and visa versa. another day she asked me 2 go work out with her and i did. i accidently went into the girls locker and saw her changing. yea she was shy and when i saw her soon after she gave a little smile. we are going 2 go out more 2. so does she like me?

This guy and i are having sex with each other unprotected and i only knew him for about three weeks. He took me out to the movies and dinner and he payed for it. I spent the night at his house about 3 times and he spent the night at my house about 3 times also. One morning we even took a shower together and he washed my back for me, then said his grandfather used to say if someone wash your back its a good sign. I don't know what to think, if he like me or what. What do you think. Should I ask him how he feel about me.

so a while ago my ex broke up with me because he "needed a break" but told me that he really wanted to be together again in the future, and blah blah. well a little bit after the break up, we started arguing and really stopped talking. now months have passed, and we really haven't talked too much at all.
well now, he kind of knows that ive moved on a bit, and like someone else (an old flame which i guess never ended) and i really dont know how he's reacting, since i dont see him ever. but recently he sent me a random IM saying "nice" and then left without saying anything else.

what could this possibly mean? or am i just thinking about it too much?

but if hes just playing around with me....why is he doing that??!

im asian, 14, and short (when compared to my classmates, 5'2"). im ok looking and tanned (not that much, but yeah, and yes, i hate tans). i used to have short hair but then i "into' having long hair, but it looks stupid sometimes. i used to get compliments from my family (cousins etc.) when i geled up my hair (when it was short). so anyway question is would you prefer short or long hair? (i dont feel comfortable with short hair, all my classmates are used to seeing me with long hair)

he went away on a *voluntary* business conference, taking time off from work that he could have spent with me. every night he walks me from the parking lot to my residence building because of the high crime area. he promised to call at 930 and walk me back "on the phone" so i wouldnt be a target. but he didnt. not once this week. i pointed it out and he got mad at me. shouldnt i be mad at HIM?

Ok my gf is 15 going on 16 and me I'm about to finish up high school in june. Today we were fooling around and I was joking when I said lets do it without a condom and she said yeah at first I thought she was joking and I told her to quit playing around but she said she wasnt joking around. So I asked her why and she said "i want a baby with you because i love you, and i want a part of you and me to be together" So after talking to her about this for about 4 hours , telling her all the down sides and of this and that one day she might wake up and regret me and our baby if we have one. She stuck with her plan that she wants a baby and yeah tryed to get me to do it with her right then and to get started on it but I told I had homework I better go do and on the way out she told me to think about this cuz this is big. I have been dating my boyfriend for about 3 months. Nothing too serius going on so far but I am his first girlfriend ever..He is 22 and I am 18. It kind of scared me when he first told me he loved me because I have been with 2 other serious guys and he has been with no one and I did not know how to respond. But now things seem to be changing. I am in college as well and working part time. He always has t-w-th off from work and I try to work around his scehdule to try and spend time with him. But lately I have been working more and school is challening again so I have a hard time fitting him into my schedule. My main concern for this problem is that I feel like crap if I don't see him after 3 days and then when I do see him I am not at all excited. I am considering telling him how I feel in a few minutes and hopefully things will go alright. Any "helpful" comments would be nice. Hope this was not too cliche.

I'm just looking for opinions on why our culture is so fixed on this idea. I know that hitting is wrong in general but so many times i have seen girls in school bugging a guy and then guy would be like i would hit you if you werent a guy....see its okay for girls to hit girls and for girls to hit guys but a guy raises a fist to a girl and...well suddenly hes a horrible person....

we have a mexican girl 23 years old that has been working for us for the past year. she speaks no english at all. she works 11 hours a day and is the only mexican there along with my mom and cousin. i try to converse with her to keep her from being bored but conversation is somewhat difficult. i know some spanish because i took 3 years in high school. we had some decent conversations before and i try to talk to her everyday. she only speaks when i talk to her and never talks to me. she is not a shy person. when i stand next to her it feels awkard like she is trying to avoid eye contact with me and she looks uncomfortable when im close. should i just stop trying to speak to her.

I think it might sound weird if he asks me if i like his friend and i blurt out yes, when i dont know him to much. How can i say yes without literally saying yes? like hinting to him that i do.

Do you think yahoo answers should have a category...probably under health and/or family & relationships all about "below the belt" questions?
