Yes he is hitting on you and trying to get your attention. My family owns a restaurant and I thought one of my waitresses was cute. I would always make her laugh and try and get her attention and pick on her. But I also didn't want to cross that line cause of sexual abuse so I had to be careful and never hooked up with her. But if the girl would have maye told meshe liked me it would have been different.
But to be on the safe side it's better to not date people you work with exspecially your boss, cause people will then say she only got that far cause she's f***ing the boss, but if that don't bother you go for it.

Be very careful in starting a relationship at work especially if you report to him in some way. It could very well cause a problem that would end in you or him losing a job. I have been in management for years and I have seen it happen many times. If you want to pursue this guy then either change jobs or let him be. Take this for example, you both have started a relationship and one day he gives you the easiest job to do. One of your co-workers gets made at this and tells your boyfriends boss that he is showing favoritism. Your boyfriend does this same thing for you quite a few times not knowing he is being watched and is caught. That is how a job is lost. I have seen instances that both the guy and girl were fired for this. The job may mean nothing to you, but it may to him.

I think most bosses are somewhat extroverts, &aim is to make their employees feel comfortable.
The only way is to wait for him to make a move, cause if u do, then it may just make him feel uncomfortable because he could be behaving this way with other ladies as well not just u.

Try to put together a gathering of coworkers outside of work and then see how he acts. Outside of work you are more willing to act naturally. Plus there will be other ppl there that boith of you too know. Deal with it outside of work not at work.

you have responded your guy or woman question. do no longer date / and so on him till he's no longer 'with somebody', in any different case that makes you ''the explanation'', the scapegoat for any probably recriminations. shop on with your weapons, then any probably destiny airborne dirt and dirt and so on won't shop on with you, on account which you will desire a sparkling ethical experience. Nope, don't make the first move. Just flirt a little, act interested in EVERYTHING he says, be supportive and friendly, he'll be in love with you in no time.
