This is a hard question because I like and need different things for different moods. Sometimes I like to just get right in it no four play and other times I like to spend some time making out before hand. I think its important for both people in the relationship to initiate so If I feel like my boyfriend has done it last time then I will initiate next. I always like some lighting though, visuals are a huge turn on!

If some one is romantic start by being romantic and it goes from there, if one is more passionate then do it that way...and so on.... I will say kissing is a good start if this is your first time with this person the striping thing and all of the other things came when the two of you feel more comfortable .
It depends on how comfortable she feels with her body and remember its up to her about the lights on or off.
The final expectation will be be satisfied....

FIrst of all you have to comfortable with the person your having sex with, than who starts it off doesn't matter. I think kissing an four play is the best and slowly taking off each others clothes. I think it is good when the man teases you a little bit just letting the tip of his penis get inside you. Lights on or off I like both.
