because im like 16 and sooo many people seem to be "in love" around me, like all my friends...but i havn't even had a real real boyfriend yet..and i know im not ugly or anything.. I mean I have dated and crushed on lots of guys but eventually i got tired of them because im looking for the right guy...that is funny, and honest, cute, smart,...and just perfect for me...but i am limited to the boys at my school and honestly we dont have a ton of decent guys to pick from....im tired of being the only girl i know who hasnt had a REAL relationship because i wont settle... So i am wondering, maybe some people don't find their first love until they graduate and go to college? or will it be just like high school and must i lower my standards?

shes in my history class and we had a take-home test today so i figured id start doing it at the computer lab.so after class i head to the computer lab and start working on it, 5 min later the girl im interested in comes in and sits at a computer near me, is that a sign shes interested?then after 5 min of me thinkin of some crap to say, i asked her if she understood everything in class? and im staring right at her. it seems like shes ignoring me at first then stares at me and goes, "o were you talking to me?" i said yes, and she starts telling me all this crap, then i ask her about our test on one of the questions, which she doesnt know. i start asking her other questions like, u like the class? her name?she started talkin bout some guy in front of her that talks too much. she seemed busy so i was done with my test and started to leave, she said cya and i said gl on your test at the SAME time, it was awkward. i have a feeling it was bad timing. this is college 2nd post

I have been hanging out with my best friend and this girl for a few weeks now and i started falling for her. The worst part is that my best friend also likes her...so i decided to step aside cause they seem so close. my girlfriend of six months broke up with me cause I showed up at her house even though she has told me that she doesn't like it a few times but I was there to surprise her with very nice Gold chain with a Diamond pendent I got for her. Anyways she wasn't home when I got there but I did leave right away, I sat in my car and park on side of the street cause it was snowing really bad and I live about 60kms from her. so I was waitin for it stop and hoping that she will come home before then but didn't and send me a text message telling me to go home cause she wasn't gonna be home anytime soon. I didn't and then she called me freaking out about how I should get off her street so I did, anyways she text me later that night and broke up with me, and I have been doing accepting it but I really like her and I really would like to have her in my life and I just don't know what to do. any ideas guys. 15 points best answers

Whats the deal with this guy if he just STOPS talking to me. never officially giving a reason or dumping me, just disappearing. Never saying a cruel word. I know ur thinking.. not interested. Same guy- appears about once every 1 to 2 years saying how much he has missed me and i'm the one who got away and thinks about me all the time - but doesnt try to get laid so its not a booty call, then he disappears again??? what do u make of it

My friend always bothers me about this. She gets mad at me when i have a problem and never talk about it. Growing up, I had grown up in a very hostile environment with my father. I think you get the point. Because of this, I am afraid of becoming like my father. So I never show any emotions to anything, I never talk about anything when I am depressed or angry. I am afraid it wil lead to me being a very angry person which really scares. I am afraid of showing any form of anger because I just dont want to be like my father. For some I reason, I can show any emotion, and my friend tells me that I should go see a doctor. Is she right?

So, I recently started dating my best friend (1 week ago, yesterday) and it is going really good, but we're already getting sick of watching movie after movie at my house.

He hates his house because we aren't allowed hardly any privacy there (even though his parents LOVE me). Plus, we both want to go on a fun ACTUAL date.
However, it's too warm to go skating, and too cold to do almost anything else. And movie tickets are way too expensive.......

help!! any good, fun date ideas??

(ps: neither one of us has our license yet... so, that causes some problems, too.)

Basically, I've been corresponding by e-mail with this girl that I am very interested in getting to know more for about a week now. The e-mails between us both are very positive, and she's said that she finds me attractive too, but when I offered to take things to the next level, by possibly her giving me her number, or me giving mine to her, she said that she'd rather just take things slow, no rush.

My problem is that I don't see why we couldn't take it to that next level? Should i just move on because her head isn't where mine is obviously, I mean, what's the big problem with giving a dude your digits or vice versa and talking to him on the cell, if you like him? Right? What should I do?

well i had a bf and we broke up. i tried to be just his friend and he wont let me. now he does things to me and wont own up to it. like today he told me he would follow me to take my daughters car back to her then he would drive me back home. well he never showed up and didnt call. so when i finally talked to him i was upset and he said i was upset for nothing. well i had been waiting on him for hrs. i told him he had upset me and he said he wasnt upsetting me. he knows i hate that kind of talk. so im not dating him anymore and he is still treating me like he did. so i cant be around a person like that. so am i being rude for not wanting to be around him anymore. cuz basically he got mad at me cuz i got mad at him for not showing up or at least he could have called and said he wasnt coming. what do you think. there are other reason why i dont want to be around him but thats another story.
