how do i ask my dad for birth control if im 14 and he is a protective father who would probably freak out and scream and yell. see to my dad im still 10 so how do i ask him sounding mature and knowing what im talking about. i know im only 14 but come on everyone has a first time when their young right so how do i tell him?

I was watching Sex and the City and Carrie asked this question and it got me thinking can you have a realtionship without sex and sex without a realtionship? because I have had both and they never worked out so you need both to make a realtionship work or do you?

I can't sleep at night, and have a hard time concentrating at school.

A male co-worker and I have become really good friends at work and outside of work. We work in different departments same company. We send each other e-mails tease each other all the time and sometimes on the weekedns we go out and hang out with a group of friends which has involved dancing and kissing everytime. All this was fine since we were such goods friends and had not had sex until one night I went over to his place and we were just watching movies talking and goofing off and we had sex. It was still fine afterwards but I actually started liking him which I did a little bit before. Now it's akward I want him to actually ask me out on a date but he only ask me to hang out with friends. It's really sad I don't even want to talk to him anymore because I like him and he doesn't understand what is up why I don't talk to him. My question why is he like this? He acts like he likes me sometimes but he never ask me out I'm very frustrated? What should I do?

So he and I have been in touch every single day and he knows I love him. He isn't ready for a commitment though. He moved to another country, he said he would call when he reaches. It has been a whole week-no call yet. What does this mean? Is he just busy u think? Or maybe he got sick? Or is he avoiding? I don't know what to think, I am going crazy waiting for his call.

Well, I never seen her for nearly 2 years for now, the last time I saw her, her hair was in shoulder length, and she is Malay, honestly, she love to smile, but she never smile in photos and she never show her teeth either. Someday if I wanna fix a date to meet her, I will love to take photos and using camcorder to video her, do you think she will smile? cause I don't even know how to make girls smile, and her teeth is pearly white & straight, like she wore braces before, but she didn't.

i have dreamed about coaching basketball since i was 6 or 7 years old. it's the only passion i've ever had. i split my upbringing between N.J. nd San Francisco. i got together with this young lady and was with her for over a year. when we first met and told each other what we wanted to do, she was cool with my pursuing the coaching profession. i want to coach high school ball back in the inner city in california so i can serve the gritty community i grew up in. after we'd been together for a year, i took her on a visit back to my old neighborhood in san francisco and i could tell immediately she was appalled at the prospect of possibly being together with me there. when i asked her about it, she was evasive, so i broke it off. i would like to be with someone who wishes to be with me for who i am-straight up! i won't hide from who i am. was this selfish or not? your opinion?
