smile, eye contact, walk by, look at him and then when he looks at you look away really fast and pretend you werent looking at him...stuff like that

Tilt your head down a little bit and to the side and look up with your eyes when you do. Be sure you have mascara on if you do not have flashy eyelashes. Gaze at him and stare at him while thinking about what you would do with him if you had him in your arms.....Furthermore use body language...practice your walk in front of the mirror......pretend he is an object in the room and you are walking by...strut your stuff....if you got it flaunt it...if you don't...... put on something that hides what you don't got and makes it look like you do! Remember confidence shows through and through and WOWS 'em every time!! If your in a bar...buying the opposite sex a drink...ask the bartender what they are drinking as a way of saying "hello" without talking...yes even if it is a guy....always worked for me. They like that! Why? Cause most girls don't do that! Major tip!

Look in his eyes and run your fingernails slowly across your chest... then bring one finger up to your mouth, hold it there for one or two slow seconds, then smile, bite your lip and look to the ground to break eye contact.
From a guys point of view, flirting can never be too obvious. Its impossible, and never a turnoff.

It's all in the eyes! Look longingly into his eyes and then slowly smile as you let your eyes wander over his entire body and back up to his eyes. Smile again then look away coyly.

OMG, this is my thang girl! I'm a major flirt! Ok, well to start, you tend to touch your mouth ( wanting to make out lol), you always find yourself looking your best, you're normally a poser ( not good :( , you smile ALOT, other than that, talking... I mean there are so many things you could do, but talking works best.... sooner or lata your going to have to.
