He has moved to another country, and hasn't called. Comments?

So he and I have been in touch every single day and he knows I love him. He isn't ready for a commitment though. He moved to another country, he said he would call when he reaches. It has been a whole week-no call yet. What does this mean? Is he just busy u think? Or maybe he got sick? Or is he avoiding? I don't know what to think, I am going crazy waiting for his call.
